Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping information entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees, as well as the cost of shipping the item a second time.
Root Remedies is not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs, or any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Damaged Items
Be sure to inspect your package and its contents upon arrival. If any items are damaged, contact customer service within 72 hours to report the issue and provide photo documentation. Arrangements for a replacement will be made.
